We will gladly accept product returns. Please read the following information.

Returns - Please call 303-345-0011 to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any items. Orders without an RMA will be rejected and returned to sender at senders expense. All returns must be within 30 days from date received. Products must not be modified in any way and must be in sellable condition. Shipping will not be refunded. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or more depending on quality of item returned of OGBilt items and 20-35% restocking fee per manufacturer return policies.

Incorrect Parts - It is the responsibility of the customer to immediately verify that all parts received are correct. If parts were sent incorrectly, a return shipping label will be issued, however replacement parts will not be shipped until original parts are received back.

Damaged Shipments Or Missing Parts - Please keep all original packaging and boxes so that we can issue an insurance claim. Replacement parts will be sent upon us receiving all photos and information on the missing or damaged products.
